Comparison of sequencing bias for library preparation kit

In this study, sequencing biases in bacterial genome sequencing introduced by currently available library preparation kits for Illumina sequencer were compared. Furthermore, we investigated whether metagenomic sequencing which include many unknown species represent true relative abundance of a community.
