Using UV-Vis and fluorescence excitation-emission matrix spectroscopy coupled with parallel factor analysis, we determined spatial variations in DOM sources and composition of 12 river wetlands across China's second-largest inland river basin, the Heihe River Basin. The original data includes the UV-Vis and EEMs of the DOM, geographic characteristics of wetlands, and physical and chemical properties of soil. Codes for all analyses are also included in the folder.

本研究采用紫外-可见分光光度法(UV-Vis)与荧光激发发射矩阵光谱(EEMs)技术,并结合平行因子分析,解析了中国第二大内陆河流域——黑河流域内12处河流湿地的溶解性有机质(dissolved organic matter, DOM)来源与组成的空间分异特征。本数据集的原始数据涵盖DOM的UV-Vis与EEMs光谱数据、湿地地理特征数据以及土壤理化性质数据。所有分析所用代码均收录于该数据集文件夹中。
