The equal volume of organic phase and water phase are extracted in an oscillating tube in a constant temperature water bath oscillator. The oscillation temperature and time are set at the desired value and the oscillation speed is 300 rpm. After the end, the two phases separate. The concentration of Sr(II) in the water phase was measured by ICP-OES, and then the concentration of Sr(II) in the organic phase was calculated.
将等体积的有机相与水相置于恒温水浴振荡器的振荡管内进行萃取。振荡温度与振荡时间可按需设定,振荡速率为300转每分钟(rpm)。萃取结束后,两相自然分层。采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)测定水相中的二价锶(Sr(II))浓度,随后计算得到有机相中的二价锶浓度。
