We compared the circRNA expression profiles of TAMs versus MDMs, EVs from TAMs versus those from MDMs and Hep3B cells co-cultured with TAMs versus those cultured alone. Overall design: Microarrays were employed to identify circRNAs packaged by EVs and transmitted from TAMs to HCC cells. The following three circRNAs profiles were subjected to intersection analysis: TAMs versus MDMs; EVs from TAMs versus those from MDMs; and Hep3B cells co-cultured with TAMs versus those cultured alone
