Datasets and figures from the "Design and evaluation of semantically-valid negative sample integration techniques for scalable semi-automated drug repurposing prediction pipelines in rare disease research" paper (BMC-Bioinformatics)

These datasets and figures result from two separate runs of the scripts and Jupyter notenooks available on Github (v2025.1.0 releases for notebooks and Docker image; 1d25f56 and c9ec9c5 commits) on October 7th and 10th 2025. Methods and conclusions are thoroughly described in a paper that is currently under the second stage of peer-review for publishing on BMC Bioinformatics.
