Biomarkers of Response to Antidepressants

More than six decades have passed since the discovery of monoaminergic antidepressants. Yet, it remains a mystery why these drugs take weeks to months to achieve therapeutic effects, although their monoaminergic actions are present rapidly after treatment. This project investigates the neural correlates of behavioral severity in patients treated with the antidepressant sertraline.

自单胺能抗抑郁药（monoaminergic antidepressants）被发现以来，已六十余载。尽管此类药物在给药后可快速发挥单胺能作用，但其治疗效应为何需要数周至数月方能显现，迄今仍是未解之谜。本项目旨在探究接受抗抑郁药舍曲林（sertraline）治疗的患者中，行为症状严重程度的神经关联特征。
