E. sideroxylon v's E. melliodora synteny and rearrangements

tsv file describing all syntenic, rearranged, and not-aligned regions bewteen E. milliodora (reference) and E. sideroxylon (query).These are the results of aligning the genomes with nucmer (MUMmer) and analysiing alignments with SyRI.

本TSV（制表符分隔值）文件描述了E. milliodora（参考基因组）与E. sideroxylon（查询基因组）之间的所有共线性区域、重排区域及未比对区域。该数据集为使用nucmer（MUMmer工具包）对两个基因组进行比对，并通过SyRI对比对结果进行分析后得到的结果。
