Inventory of unregulated housing on undeveloped land in the CV susceptible to minimizing territorial impact

Inventory of housings that, according to criteria of age, plot area in which they are located or the percentage of occupation of the dwelling with respect to the plot, would be eligible for the minimization of territorial impact according to article 228 and following articles of Text Recast of the Law on Territorial Planning, Urban Planning and Landscape. For its elaboration, within the margins established by the urban regulations, it has been taken into consideration, with respect to age, the houses, or extensions, with cadastral age between 1976 and 2014, both dates included; Regarding plot occupation, dwelling with a plot occupation greater than 4%. The inventory is drawn up taking as reference the cadastral cartography and the urban planning cartography of the Dirección General de Urbanismo. This inventory is purely INFORMATIVE, without at any time assessing the legal-administrative situation of the dwellings本数据集为符合《国土空间规划、城市规划与景观法修订文本》（Text Recast of the Law on Territorial Planning, Urban Planning and Landscape）第228条及后续条款规定的地域影响最小化资格的住宅清单，判定依据涵盖住宅建成年代、所在地块面积、住宅占地占地块比例三项标准。本次清单编制严格遵循城市法规划定的编制边界，其中针对建成年代的判定规则为：地籍登记年代介于1976年至2014年（含首尾两年）的住宅及其扩建部分；针对地块占用率的判定规则为：住宅占地与地块面积的占比超过4%。本清单以城市规划总局（Dirección General de Urbanismo）的地籍制图（cadastral cartography）与城市规划制图（urban planning cartography）作为编制参考依据。本清单仅为信息参考用途，不对住宅的法律与行政状况作出任何评估。
