Whole genome sequencing of Lyophyllum shimeji AT787

Whole genome sequencing analysis of Lyophyllum shimeji strain AT787. Lyophyllum shimeji is an ectomycorrhizal fungi but retains saprotrophic ability. The goal of this project is to clarify the initial evolution of ectomycorrhizal fungi at genome scale. Since L. shimeji is also used as edible mushroom, this genomic information may also helpful for research and breeding of L. shimeji.
