子分类筛选: 逐步实施以下5类分层筛选规则,具体为经合组织(OECD)DNA结合分析(子分类)、OASIS蛋白质结合分析(子分类)、化学元素分析(子分类)、示例优先排序方案(PBT)分析(子分类)、结构相似性分析(子分类)。
毒性机理与毒理数据分析:确定目标源物质,进行交叉参照计算,运用相似物法对单季戊四醇的细菌回复突变试验进行推算,获得单季戊四醇对细菌回复突变试验的科学数据。
This dataset collects chemical toxicity data. Using a systematic multi-step screening strategy and cross-reference evaluation method, combined with analysis of toxicity mechanisms and toxicological data, source substance information for computational use was derived. This information was applied to calculate the bacterial reverse mutation assay results for monopentaerythritol, and scientific data for various indicators of the bacterial reverse mutation assay of monopentaerythritol were generated through analysis, providing a foundation for further toxicity assessment and safety analysis.
(1) Data Source: Substance and toxicity data were collected from the database of QSAR Toolbox 4.7.1 software, covering fields including bioaccumulation, chemical reactivity, ecotoxicity, oral toxicity, skin irritation and other related areas.
(2) Data Processing:
Preliminary Screening: Primary classification rules were applied to extract 55,396 substances from the dataset as the basis for initial screening.
Subclass Screening: The following 5 types of layered screening rules were implemented step by step: Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) DNA binding assay (subclass), OASIS protein binding assay (subclass), chemical element analysis (subclass), Persistent, Bioaccumulative, and Toxic (PBT) analysis based on the example prioritization scheme (subclass), and structural similarity analysis (subclass).
Toxicity Mechanism and Toxicological Data Analysis: Target source substances were identified, cross-reference calculations were conducted, and the analog approach was used to extrapolate the bacterial reverse mutation assay data of monopentaerythritol, thereby obtaining the scientific data of monopentaerythritol for various indicators of the bacterial reverse mutation assay.
