The origin Files with data underlying the figures in the manuscript is attached. PL diffusion data for HTFSI treatments are labelled as "HTFSIaftertreatment t= xx". PL diffusion data for LiTFSI treatment are labelled as "diffusionk15litfsi-profilet=xx". For both treatments, the PL diffusion data for different time are labelled in their file names. The names for Data in figure 1cd are labelled in the first row, the x axis is wavelength (nm) and the y axis is PL counts. The names for Raman data in figure 2 are labelled in the first row. the x axis is raman shift (cm-1), and the y axis is normalized counts. The names for x and y axis for Data in figure 3a,b,c are labelled in the first row. The names for Data in figure 4 are labelled in the first row, the x axis is wavelength (nm) and the y axis is PL counts.
