金融聯合徵信中心房貸往來金融機構類別下的新增授信金額及利率統計表

資料來源為聯徵中心各會員機構所報送之「授信餘額月報資料」，並依放款金融機構類別分別加總個人所有之房屋貸款金額，同時分別計算平均撥款利率。
僅計算新承做放款之部分，亦即僅將資料日當月撥款的資料納入計算。
購買住宅貸款、房屋修繕貸款，皆定義為個人房屋貸款。
不包含逾期、催收及呆帳之授信帳戶。
如無金融機構類別資料者，該筆貸款資料不予納入計算。

The dataset is sourced from monthly outstanding credit balance reports submitted by all member institutions of the Joint Credit Information Center (JCIC). The total outstanding amount of personal housing loans is aggregated separately according to the categories of lending financial institutions, and the average disbursement interest rate is calculated for each category correspondingly.
Only newly originated loans are included in the calculation; specifically, only loan data disbursed in the month of the data reference date is taken into account.
Both home purchase loans and home improvement loans are defined as personal housing loans.
Credit accounts that are overdue, under collection, or classified as bad debts are excluded from the dataset.
Any loan records without corresponding information on the category of the lending financial institution will not be included in the calculation.
