We profiled the transcriptomes of sorted neutrophils from precancerous and tumors in a DMBA/PMA cutenous squamous cell carcinoma, as well as the healthy adjacent tissue. Papillomas, tumors and skin from DMBA/PMA-treated mice were enzymatically treated and neutrophils sorted by flow cytometry to reach >98% purity. mRNA was extracted and cRNA synthesized and hybridized to SurePrint G3 Mouse GE 8x60K microarrays (Agilent Technologies).
