Correletional analysis between at 25°C and 30°C mycelial growth along with the lesion length (pathogenicity). Genome-Wide Association Study (GWAS) analysis to identify Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) associated with laccase expression. A Chi (X) squared test was done to determine if the observed ratio of self-fertility to sterility departed significantly (α = 0.05) from what was reported previously, by making use of the online tool available at https://www.socscistatistics.com. Also, the growth and pathogenicity data were subjected to Pearson’s product-moment correlation analyses (α =0.05). Correlations between these continuous data and the categorical data for laccase production and fertility status were done using point-biserial correlation analysis.

本研究开展了25℃与30℃条件下菌丝生长与病斑长度(即致病性)的相关性分析;通过全基因组关联分析(Genome-Wide Association Study, GWAS),筛选与漆酶表达相关的单核苷酸多态性(Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms, SNPs)。采用https://www.socscistatistics.com提供的在线工具进行卡方(χ²)检验,以验证所观测到的自育性与不育性之比是否与既往报道存在显著差异(显著性水平α=0.05)。此外,针对菌丝生长与致病性数据,开展皮尔逊积矩相关分析(显著性水平α=0.05);针对上述连续型数据与漆酶产量、育性状态的分类数据之间的相关性,则采用点二列相关分析进行计算。
