Dataset for Fatty Acid Methyl Ester Profiles of Californian Xylella fastidiosa Isolates

Raw Fatty Acid Methyl Ester (FAME) profiles for each replicate used to derive FAME profiles for different Xylella fastidiosa isolates that originated in California, USA. Fatty acids are described by their omega numbers (e.g. 10:0, meaning ten carbons in length and no double bonds). Values are percent of total peaks evaluated.
