Dataset for: "An insight into the growth of Alcanivorax borkumensis under different inoculation conditions"

This dataset examined the growth of Alcanivorax borkumensis when exposed to a marine broth with and without octane and a carbon free broth with and without octane. Growth was also examined on differently sized interfaces. In some cases the initial bacterial cell concentration varied. This dataset reports the cell concentration over time for the various treatments. It also reports the standard deviation, % error, exponential phase growth, doubling time, live cell intensity and absorbance.

本数据集针对食烷菌（Alcanivorax borkumensis）的生长特性开展研究，分别考察其在添加辛烷与未添加辛烷的海水培养基、以及添加辛烷与未添加辛烷的无碳培养基中的生长表现。研究同时覆盖了不同尺寸界面上的细菌生长情况。部分实验组的初始细菌细胞浓度存在差异。本数据集记录了各处理组随时间变化的细菌细胞浓度，同时还提供了各组的标准差、误差百分比、指数生长期生长数据、倍增时间、活细胞强度与吸光度。
