Fraser River Delta Lower Slope Conductivity Temperature Depth Deployed 2016-05-01

The Sea-Bird SeaCAT SBE19plus V2 6935 was deployed on 2016-05-01 at Fraser River Delta Lower Slope. This site is located on the lower slope of the Fraser River delta, where depth is approximately 150 metres. This device is a Conductivity Temperature Depth. Conductivity Temperature Depth (CTD) is an instrument package that contains sensors for measuring the conductivity, temperature, and pressure of seawater. Salinity, sound velocity, depth and density are variables that can be derived from sensor measurements. CTDs can carry additional instruments and sensors such as oxygen sensors, turbidity sensors and fluorometers. It was deployed on a fixed platform. Data from this deployment were archived and made available through Ocean Networks Canada's Oceans 2.0 digital infrastructure, with quality assurance and derived data products following established practices.

海鸟（Sea-Bird）SeaCAT SBE19plus V2 6935型设备于2016年5月1日部署于弗雷泽河三角洲下斜坡区域。该站点位于弗雷泽河三角洲的下斜坡地带，作业水深约150米。本设备为温盐深（Conductivity Temperature Depth，CTD）测量系统，集成了用于测量海水电导率、温度与压力的传感器组件。通过传感器采集的原始数据，可衍生得到盐度、声速、水深及海水密度等参数。温盐深测量系统还可搭载溶解氧传感器、浊度传感器、荧光计等额外仪器与传感器。本次部署采用固定平台实施。本批次部署产生的数据已完成归档，并通过加拿大海洋网络（Ocean Networks Canada）旗下的Oceans 2.0数字基础设施对外公开，所有数据均按照既定规范完成质量管控，并生成了对应的衍生数据产品。
