We performed a retrospective, quasi-experimental study of 2 second-year medical student cohorts’ OSCE data in Australia. The 2014 cohort received RP-only CST (student roleplay) (N=182) while the 2016 cohort received SP-only CST (simulated patient) (N=148).
本研究针对澳大利亚两届二年级医学生队列的客观结构化临床考试(Objective Structured Clinical Examination,OSCE)数据开展回顾性准实验研究。2014年队列仅接受学生角色扮演(Student Roleplay,RP)式临床技能培训(Clinical Skills Training,CST),纳入样本量182例;2016年队列仅接受标准化病人(Standardized Patient,SP)式临床技能培训,纳入样本量148例。
