Bioassay: Rhyssomatus host plant use

Bioassay: Rhyssomatus weevils collected from milkweed plants were sequentially presented with two milkweed species. Oviposition behavior and host plant use data were collected.<br><b>Columns</b><b><br></b>Trial: Five independent (1-5) experiments were performed throughout the summer. 生物测定试验（Bioassay）：从马利筋属植物采集的象鼻虫属（Rhyssomatus）象鼻虫被依次暴露于两种马利筋属植物，收集其产卵行为与寄主植物利用相关数据。<br><b>列（Columns）</b><br>Trial：整个夏季共开展5组独立试验（编号1至5）。每头象鼻虫在单组试验中需先后参与A、B两个子试验，共被使用两次。<br>Plant_treatment：供试象鼻虫接触的马利筋属植物物种，包括<i>Asclepias syriaca</i>与<i>Asclepias incarnata</i>。<br>Weevil_id：每头象鼻虫的唯一标识符。<br>Weevil_origin：该象鼻虫的采集地点。<br>host_plant_origin：该象鼻虫采集自其上的寄主植物。<br>wild_phenotype：在采集该象鼻虫的寄主植物上观测到的产卵行为类型。<br>APgirdle_damage：供试植物上是否存在环剥损伤。<br>APstem_damage：供试植物茎部是否存在穿刺损伤。<br>APleaf_herbivory：供试植物叶片是否存在咀嚼式植食损伤。<br>APoviposition：供试植物上是否存在虫卵。
