Artificial Intelligence Application Survey Interview Outline of Midea Group

This appendix presents the semi-structured survey outline used in this study to collect primary data. The outline focuses on Midea Group's main business areas, representative projects, organizational changes, and their business impact related to AI applications. Its aim is to systematically gather key facts, typical events, and managerial perceptions regarding the company's AI application process. To balance data comparability and openness, the outline is divided into two parts: structured questions and open-ended questions. The former primarily identifies the basic scenarios, project characteristics, operational changes, and related challenges of AI applications, while the latter guides respondents to freely describe key turning points, major difficulties, adjustment processes, and future directions. This outline provides the foundation for the acquisition, organization, and subsequent coding analysis of the case data in this paper.
