Minutes of Meeting: RSCVD Steering Committee, 8 October 2025

The discussion began with updates on RSCVD presentations, including the Italian-language speaking given at the 12th NILDE Conference on document delivery and interlibrary cooperation in Genoa and the article proposal accepted for the Charleston Conference Asia in Bangkok, Thailand, in January 2026. Planned software updates were reported about Talaria's features (real-time notifications within the system, support for right-to-left Arabic language, research function) and alternatives to the current Open Access API for RSCVD (Unpaywall and OpenAlex). Future improvements also include interoperability with other library software. Finally, the meeting concluded with news about the collaboration of a Bowdoin College Student working 7 hours/week on RSCVD, on outreach activities and on depositing all missing RSCVD materials in the open access DALIA repository.
