KAT7-acetylated YBX1 promotes HCC proliferation and sorafenib resistance by reprogramming nucleotide metabolism

To investigate the function of KAT7 in the regulation of hepatocellular carcinoma, Huh7 cells were transfected with specific shRNAs targeting KAT7 or control shRNA. Total RNA was extracted at 48h after transfection to performed gene expression profiling analysis by high throughput RNA-seq. Overall design: We established Huh7 cell lines with/without KAT7 knockdown. Then, we performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of Huh7 cells.
