卤蕨水提物在制备治疗急性胃溃疡药物中的应用

本发明涉及卤蕨水提物的制备方法及其在制备治疗急性胃溃疡的药物中的应用。卤蕨水提物能显著降低大鼠胃溃疡面积和病理学评分，恢复胃粘膜完整性，修复组织病理学变化，降低胃组织中ROS和MDA的含量，升高胃组织中SOD、CAT和GSH的水平；此外，抑制NF-κB信号通路中IκBα和p65相关蛋白的磷酸化，进而降低促炎细胞因子（TNF-α、IL-1β和 IL-6）的水平，减轻胃部炎性反应和黏膜损伤，对无水乙醇诱导的急性胃溃疡有显著的保护作用。

This invention relates to a preparation method of aqueous extract from Acrostichum aureum L. and its application in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals for treating acute gastric ulcer. The aqueous extract of Acrostichum aureum L. can significantly reduce the gastric ulcer area and pathological score in rats, restore the integrity of gastric mucosa, ameliorate histopathological alterations, decrease the contents of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in gastric tissues, and increase the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione (GSH) in gastric tissues. Moreover, it inhibits the phosphorylation of IκBα and p65 proteins involved in the NF-κB signaling pathway, thereby reducing the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines including tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and interleukin-6 (IL-6), alleviating gastric inflammatory response and mucosal injury, and exerting remarkable protective effects against absolute ethanol-induced acute gastric ulcer.
