This repository provides a preconfigured GLM-AED2+ setup (v.3.3.0) of three case studies to assess floating PV (FPV) impacts on lake hydro- and ecodynamics. FPV scenarios apply physics-based scaling for shortwave radiation, wind forcing, and drag across different FPV system designs. Optional epilimnetic mussel colonization can be enabled for case studies. The FPV_simulation() function defines scenarios, runs GLM, and writes NetCDF outputs for reproducible analysis. Suitable for researchers and practitioners; a practical starting point for hydrodynamic simulation of FPV effects.
