This study utilized lipopolysaccharide (LPS,Sigma-Aldrich, RRID: SCR_008988, USA) to establish cell and animal inflammation models and investigated whether inflammation during pregnancy upregulates the expression of the glycolytic enzyme PFKFB3 and promotes glycolysis by activating the intracellular PI3K-Akt-mTOR pathway, thereby promoting myometrial contraction by pharmacological intervention of the PI3K-Akt-mTOR/PFKFB3 pathway.

本研究采用脂多糖（lipopolysaccharide, LPS, Sigma-Aldrich, RRID: SCR_008988, 美国）构建细胞与动物炎症模型，探究妊娠期间炎症是否会通过激活细胞内PI3K-Akt-mTOR通路，上调糖酵解酶PFKFB3的表达并促进糖酵解，进而通过对PI3K-Akt-mTOR/PFKFB3通路实施药物干预，促进子宫肌收缩。
