<b>STATUS OF MATERNAL TO CHILD TRANSMISSION (MTCT) SERVICES AMONG HIV-POSITIVE PREGNANT WOMEN IN A TERTIARY HOSPITAL OF CENTRAL NEPAL: A DESCRIPTIVE CROSS-SECTIONAL STUDY</b>

This is the data of 101 patients in EXCEL.CSV. We collected this data from the record section of Bharatpur Hospital to analyze the Status of mother-to-child transmission of HIV Prevention services among patients with HIV positive visiting the tertiary care center of Nepal.From the study, we found that among 101 Patients being studied majority had HIV-positive spouses (81.31%) as a risk factor, the majority of them were in the 21-30 years group and the majority of them knew about their HIV status at the time of labor and delivery (51.5%). The majority of the patients underwent Normal vaginal delivery (87%) and maximum HIV-positive (4%) and Negative (70%) babies were also reported among those undergoing normal vaginal delivery.

本数据集收纳了101名患者的EXCEL.CSV格式研究数据。本研究数据采集自巴拉特普尔医院（Bharatpur Hospital）的病案记录模块，用于分析就诊于尼泊尔三级医疗中心的人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）阳性患者的艾滋病母婴传播预防服务开展现状。经对101名研究对象的分析结果显示：以HIV阳性配偶为感染危险因素的病例占比最高（81.31%）；研究对象以21~30岁年龄段居多，且51.5%的患者在分娩时已知晓自身HIV感染状态。多数患者采用正常阴道分娩方式（占比87%）；在该分娩方式的产妇群体中，所诞婴儿的HIV阳性率为4%、阴性率为70%，为各类分娩方式中对应占比最高的组别。
