Single-molecule imaging data files of DNA loop extrusion by yeast condensin on DNA with Rap1 protein arrays. Both whole fields of view (FOVs) and single cropped DNA molecules are deposited.<br>The dataset is part of a cell biology and biophysics study of how the process of DNA loop extrusion by condensin interacts with multiple roadblocks on DNA. We found that arrays of proteins may stall DNA loop extrusion dependent on their length and density, both in vivo and in vitro.<br>The data was generated using single-molecule HILO fluorescence microscopy on DNA (intercalating fluorophores) and fluorescently labeled proteins (Rap1 and LacI proteins). This subset of data gives a representative overview of the data that was obtained for the related journal article. It serves as a demonstration of the type of data and the type of events that were analyzed.<br>The README file contains more specific information on the imaging and file structure/naming.
