Analysis of dendritic spines and cholinergic receptors in mutant strains with altered synaptic activity.

Dendritic spine number, spine length, ACR-12/AChR cluster number, and AChR cluster size at L4 stage normalized to the same measurements from wild type are shown (mean ± SEM) for each genotype (ACR-2/nAChR UNC-2/CaV2α, UNC-13/MUNC-13, UNC-17/VAChT, UNC-18/MUNC-18, UNC-31/CAPS).
