GroovDB

GroovDB is a collection of prokaryotic transcription factors that can be repurposed for synthetic chemical-measurement applications. The goal of this database is to facilitate the development of biology-based analytical tools, which may find use for high-throughput screening, diagnostics, or feedback-regulated pathway design. Currently, this database is confined to prokaryotic repressors and activators.

GroovDB是一个收录了可经改造适配于合成化学检测应用的原核转录因子（prokaryotic transcription factors）的数据库。该数据库的构建目标是推动基于生物学的分析工具的开发，此类工具可应用于高通量筛选、诊断检测或反馈调控通路设计等场景。目前该数据库仅收录原核阻遏蛋白（prokaryotic repressors）与原核激活蛋白（prokaryotic activators）。
