Single cell RNA-seq analysis for spleen tissue isolated from mice under steady state, and subjected to phenohydrazine (PHZ) and bleeding treatment respectively. Single cell RNA-seq analysis for bone marrow cells isolated from mice under steady state. Overall design: Mice were subjected to PHZ and bleeding induced acute anemic stresses, live cells from spleen under each condition were isolated for scRNA-seq. Live cells isolated from fresh murine bone marrow were isolated for scRNA-seq.
