Fabry Proximal Tubule Transcriptomic Reanalysis v1.0

This dataset contains the derived outputs of an integrative transcriptomic reanalysis of the proximal tubule in Fabry nephropathy using publicly available RNA-sequencing data from GEO accession GSE178947. The analysis focused on baseline proximal-tubule samples and included quality control, continuous gene-ranking approaches, competitive rank-based Reactome pathway enrichment, proximal-tubule identity and transport-program assessment, and coexpression-network analysis with Fabry-only, group-residualized, and bootstrap robustness testing. The repository includes sample-level metadata, quality-control summaries, gene-ranking files for the main and cohort-specific analyses, Reactome enrichment outputs, leading pathway genes, proximal-tubule identity analyses, coexpression-network edges and node metrics, and the principal figures supporting the study. The original GEO expression matrices are not redistributed; all files provided here are derived analytical outputs generated from the publicly available source dataset. The repository is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and independent evaluation of the associated manuscript on selective functional reprogramming of the proximal tubule in Fabry nephropathy.
