Concentration of IL-8 and TGF-β Based on Different Secretion Time of Hindmilk

This study was a comparative cross-sectional design, analyzing 44 samples of breastmilk from women with hospitalized infant, that randomly divided into 4 groups according to hindmilk secretion time (group I, 5 minutes; II, 10 minutes; III, 15 minutes; IV, 20 minutes). Determination of hindmilk performed by Human Milk Analyzer (MIRIS). IL-8 and TGF-β levels were analyzed using Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA).

本研究采用比较性横断面研究设计，共纳入44份婴儿住院的产妇的母乳样本，按照后乳分泌时间随机分为4组：I组（5分钟）、II组（10分钟）、III组（15分钟）、IV组（20分钟）。采用母乳分析仪（Human Milk Analyzer，MIRIS）完成后乳的相关测定；采用酶联免疫吸附试验（Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay，ELISA）分析白细胞介素8（IL-8）与转化生长因子β（TGF-β）的水平。
