Monitoring of Performance of Russian Higher Education Organizations 2015–2024

<p>Annual monitoring of higher education organizations' performance by decree of the Ministry of Education of Russia. The ministry collects a rich set of data from each university in Russia (excluding those founded by the military and some law enforcement agencies) annually — more than 400 indicators. We have obtained available data from the <a href=https://monitoring.miccedu.ru/?m=vpo>official website</a> for 2015-2024 and built a panel dataset. The dataset counts 14,022 rows and 420 features for 2,342 universities. This dataset may contain some minor errors due to data unification and cleaning.</p>

<p>依据俄罗斯教育部法令开展的高等教育机构绩效年度监测工作。该部门每年从俄罗斯境内所有高等院校（军事及部分执法机构创办的院校除外）采集涵盖400余项指标的丰富数据集。我们从<a href=https://monitoring.miccedu.ru/?m=vpo>官方网站</a>获取了2015至2024年的可用数据，并构建了面板数据集。本数据集包含2342所高等院校的14022条观测记录与420项特征指标。由于数据统一与清洗流程，本数据集可能存在少量细微误差。</p>
