Measure 12.1.3_Areas concerned

Intervention 12.1.3 of the RDP of the FVG 2014-2020 compensates for the higher costs or income foregone resulting from constraints stemming from Directive 92/43/EC “Habitats” and from the regulations of the regional Biotopes that impose the prohibition on the planting or replanting of poplar trees or other tree crops specialised in some Natura 2000 sites and in some regional biotopes.2014-2020年弗留利-威尼斯朱利亚（FVG）区域发展规划（Regional Development Plan，RDP）的第12.1.3项干预措施，用于弥补因《92/43/EC"生境"指令》及区域生境条例所施加的限制而产生的额外成本与收入损失；其中区域生境条例明确规定，在部分Natura 2000场地及部分区域生境中，禁止种植或补种杨树或其他特色经济林木。
