Namur – Quartier Thermography

Presentation by district of the results of aerial thermography (acquisition in February 2018).
The thermography results have been aggregated by roof (calculation of an average thermal emission value for each roof). The values per roof were then reported at the level of the quarters (average, median, minimum, maximum, standard deviation).
Per quarter, the following attributes are proposed:
— Thermal class (Q1 to T6);
— Average thermography value;
— Minimum and maximum values for thermography;
— Median thermography;
— Ecart-type characterising the distribution of roofs according to their average thermography value;
— Number of roofs;
— Average year of construction (source: cadastre construction code);
Share of owners (Directorate-General for Statistics Belgium, 2011);
— Average income (Directorate-General for Statistics Belgium, 2015).

本数据集呈现2018年2月获取的航空热成像（aerial thermography）检测结果，按行政区划分展示。
热成像检测结果已按屋顶聚合：计算每一处屋顶的平均热辐射值。随后将各屋顶的热辐射值汇总至片区（quarter）层级，统计得到片区层面的平均值、中位数、最小值、最大值与标准差。
针对每个片区，共提供以下属性字段：
— 热分级（Thermal class），取值区间为Q1至T6；
— 平均热成像值；
— 热成像检测的最小值与最大值；
— 热成像中位数；
— 表征各屋顶平均热成像值分布离散程度的标准差；
— 屋顶数量；
— 平均竣工年份（数据来源：地籍建筑编码）；
— 房主占比（数据来源：比利时统计局总局，2011年）；
— 片区平均收入（数据来源：比利时统计局总局，2015年）。
