This is a data set of condenser normal operating zone design for paper ''Multivariate process monitoring for safe operation of condensers in thermal power plants based on normal operating zones''.Accurately and promptly detecting condenser abnormalities is essential to ensure the safe and efficient operation of thermal power plants. However, most of the existing methods do not consider implementing process monitoring in the original space of condenser process variables. This paper proposes a condenser safe operation process monitoring method based on normal operating zones. Normal operating zones (NOZs) are high-dimensional geometric spaces formed by the variation ranges of multiple related variables under normal conditions. The NOZ model is formulated by considering the parameter uncertainties of the condenser grey box model. A technical challenge of how to analyze the influence of model parameter uncertainties on the NOZ model is resolved in this paper. Theoretical results for the upper bounds of FAR and MAR caused by parameter uncertainties are provided based on the Bayesian estimation rule.
本数据集对应学术论文《基于正常运行区域的火电厂凝汽器安全运行多变量过程监测》中的凝汽器正常运行区域设计相关数据。精准且快速地检测凝汽器异常,对保障火电厂的安全高效运行至关重要。然而,现有多数过程监测方法未考虑在凝汽器过程变量的原始空间中开展监测工作。本文提出一种基于正常运行区域的凝汽器安全运行过程监测方法。正常运行区域(Normal Operating Zones, NOZs)是指正常工况下,多组关联变量的变化范围所构成的高维几何空间。该正常运行区域模型在构建时考虑了凝汽器灰箱模型的参数不确定性问题,本文解决了如何分析模型参数不确定性对正常运行区域模型影响这一技术难题。基于贝叶斯估计准则,本文给出了由参数不确定性引发的虚警率(False Alarm Rate, FAR)与漏警率(Missed Alarm Rate, MAR)上限的理论结果。
