(1) spectra.xlsx --- Spectra for 10--45 wt.% mixtures. The workbook is organized by concentration (one worksheet per mixture composition). In each worksheet, the leftmost column lists the frequency, f (Hz). The header row specifies the temperature (K) for each dataset; for each temperature, the real (Re) and imaginary (Im) parts of the measured complex response are reported in adjacent columns, as indicated in the first row. (2) SI_parameters.xlsx --- Relaxation parameters for 10--45 wt.% mixtures. The workbook is organized by concentration (one worksheet per mixture composition). Each worksheet contains the fitted relaxation parameters: relaxation time, (tau (s)), relaxation strength (Delta e), and the Cole--Cole exponent (beta). Parameter indices 1--3 correspond to relaxation Processes I--III, respectively.
