The contained data includes: the wettability of perovskite solutions on different transport layer materials measured by contact angle tests; the grain size of nanocrystals characterized via TEM; the coverage of transport layer materials characterized via SEM; the interfacial binding strength between transport layer materials and perovskite analyzed via DFT calculations; and the device performance on different transport layers characterized via J-V measurements.
