Ovarian cancer cell line OVCAR-3 was treated with two different BET inhibitors for 4 and 24 hours. Overall design: Total RNA was obtained from OVCAR-3 cells treated for 4h and 24h with i-BET858 and i-BET151 (1uM). DMSO treatments were used as controls.
