Microdata and the Valuation of Natural Capital

The practical valuation of natural capital remains a challenge, despite a strong theoretical foundation and advances in our understanding of coupled natural and human systems. This paper discusses the extent to which advances in the availability of individual-level microdata might relax measurement尽管自然资本（natural capital）拥有坚实的理论基础，且学界对自然与人类耦合系统的认知亦取得诸多进展，但其实际估值仍是一项挑战。本文探讨了个体级微观数据可获得性的提升，可在多大程度上缓解测量相关的局限。
