Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: River contracts in Côte-d’Or

A river contract is based on a strong mobilisation of local elected representatives, local residents and users in a coherent territory around a common project to rehabilitate and value their aquatic heritage. Collective objectives are defined. They are then translated into a management and development program that takes advantage of the ecological potential of the watercourse. Established by the circular of the Minister of the Environment of 5 February 1981, the river contract has gradually been enriched and adapted.河流契约（river contract）以统一辖区内地方民选代表、本地居民与相关使用者的深度动员为根基，围绕修复并活化区域水生遗产的共同项目开展工作。 相关方明确了集体行动目标。 随后这些目标将被转化为一份管理与开发方案，充分挖掘河道的生态潜能。 该河流契约由环境部长1981年2月5日发布的通函确立，并逐步得到丰富与适配调整。
