Meteorological data collected from Dongxincun Farm in Linping District can be used to calculate the farm's WCI via the following formula:
WCI = 13.12 + 0.6215×T - 11.37×v^0.16 + 0.3965×T×v^0.16
where T represents air temperature and v represents wind speed. The lower the WCI value, the stronger the perceived cold sensation.
