Lymphoma is a malignant tumor originating from lymphoid tissues, encompassing two major subtypes: Hodgkin lymphoma and non-Hodgkin lymphoma. This dataset provides analytical workflows for DNA, RNA, and single-cell analysis. Specifically, the DNA workflow includes point mutation detection, structural variant calling, fusion gene analysis, and copy number variation (CNV) analysis. For RNA-seq analysis, in addition to differential gene expression analysis, it also covers de novo transcript discovery, allele-specific expression analysis, and the interaction between transcripts and non-coding RNAs. The single-cell analysis workflow comprises cell type identification, cell-cell communication analysis, single-cell trajectory analysis, and transcription factor analysis.
