Replication data for: Together well prepared for the discussion of treatment wishes and limitations

The dataset comprises all data collected for the CONTACT trial: Together well prepared for the discussion of treatment wishes and limitations. Data from 185 included patients is stored. De dataset consists two parts:
1. Data of the CRF's and questionairres of the patients and their physicians. Only the variables that are included in this dataset are made publicly.
2. Video-recordings and transcripts of the conversations between the included patients and their physicians at the outpatient clinic. Soms patients did not give consent to store the video-recordings for further research, in these cases only the transcripts are stored. For privacy considerations this data is nog made publicy.

The original data can be requested three years after the last endpoint is analysed by the members of the study group. The data can be requested by contacting the principal investigator: prof. dr. H.A.H. Kaasjager.

本数据集包含为CONTACT试验（为治疗意愿与限度的讨论做好充分准备）收集的全部数据，共收录185名入组患者的相关数据。本数据集分为两部分：
1. 患者及其主治医生的病例报告表（CRF, Case Report Form）与调查问卷数据，本数据集仅公开其中收录的变量。
2. 入组患者与主治医生在门诊的谈话录像及转录文本。部分患者未同意将录像用于后续研究，此类情况下仅留存转录文本。出于隐私保护考量，该类数据未对外公开。

研究组成员可在末次终点分析完成三年后申请获取原始数据，数据申请需联系本研究的主要研究者：H.A.H. Kaasjager教授。
