资源简介：
Inner diameter core = 5.4 cm => surface area = 22.89 cm**2. Diatoms were prepared following Renberg (1990, doi:10.1007/BF00208301) and imbedded in Naphrax®. Diatoms were counted using a Zeiss axiophot light microscope under immersion oil. Taxonomic identification and assessment of the habitat preferences was mainly based on Cremer et al. (2005, doi:10.1515/BOT.2003.010) and Al-Handal & Wulff (2008, doi:10.1515/BOT.2008.053).
