Guideline 2004/1 Government Information Security Development Programme 2004-2006

In August 2003, Vahti formed a working group to prepare a programme for the development of information security in the Finnish central government. The Information Security Development Programme includes 6 development areas with 28 development targets. The development targets have been prioritised and scheduled. The Ministry of Finance, which is responsible for the Information Security Development Programme, is supported by VAHTI (18.10.2011) for its practical preparation, coordination, monitoring and coordination.2003年8月，Vahti组建专项工作组，负责制定芬兰中央政府信息安全发展专项规划。本信息安全发展规划（Information Security Development Programme）共涵盖6个发展领域，下设28项发展目标，且已完成所有目标的优先级排序与进度规划。负责该规划的芬兰财政部，获得VAHTI于2011年10月18日提供的支持，用于开展规划的实际筹备、协调、监控及协调相关工作。
