Load credibility case-coding matrix and README

This dataset contains the case-coding matrix and README supporting the Policy Note “From Load Growth to Load Credibility: Underwriting Data-Center Load in Utility Planning.” The matrix summarizes a purposive comparative review of public regulatory and planning materials from selected U.S. jurisdictions and institutions addressing large data-center load, forecast recognition, infrastructure advancement, revenue assurance, service or operating conditions, and cost allocation. The dataset contains no proprietary, confidential, personal, or human-subject data. All underlying primary materials are publicly available regulatory filings, orders, tariff materials, and planning documents cited in the associated manuscript.
