This dataset comprises water chemistry data for dissolved organic carbon (DOC), total dissolved nitrogen (TdN), total phosphorus (TP), soluble reactive phosphorus (SRP), absorbance at 254nm (Abs 254), specific ultraviolet absorbance (SUVA), and dissolved CH4, CO2, N2O collected at sites across the UK in 2021 and 2022. Data were obtained via collection of water samples in situ, and concentrations were derived via subsequent sample processing and analysis.
Floating gas collection chambers were deployed for 24 hours at selected sites to characterise diurnal greenhouse gas emissions from various types of inland water bodies and how these are affected by water body type and seasonality.
These data were generated from the Land Ocean Carbon Transfer (LOCATE) project
本数据集涵盖2021至2022年间于英国各采集点获取的水环境化学数据,包括溶解态有机碳(dissolved organic carbon, DOC)、总溶解态氮(total dissolved nitrogen, TdN)、总磷(total phosphorus, TP)、可溶性反应态磷(soluble reactive phosphorus, SRP)、254纳米处吸光度(Abs 254)、比紫外吸光度(specific ultraviolet absorbance, SUVA)以及溶解态甲烷(CH4)、二氧化碳(CO2)、一氧化二氮(N2O)。数据通过原位采集水样获得,并经后续样品处理与分析得到各组分浓度。
