為提升政府重大公共建設計畫績效管理，綜整計畫編審、前置作業、工程執行、屆期營運等全生命週期主要階段通案性應注意或遵行之法令規定（含機制），提供各機關人員業務執行時參考。

To enhance the performance management of major government public construction projects, this dataset compiles general regulatory provisions (including supporting mechanisms) that should be noted and complied with across key stages of the full life cycle, such as project compilation and review, pre-construction preparation, project execution, and post-expiry operation, to serve as a reference for personnel of government agencies during their official duties.
