Dataset acompanying the publication "Flood hazard dynamics at river mouths: Interactions between river discharge, tidal forcing, and morphodynamic bar development."

Delft3D model input files for all numerical scenarios considered. Subfolder contents: v01_No_Surge: Data files and model configuration used for simulations in which storm surge is not included. v02_Surge: Equivalent set of files required to reproduce simulations that incorporate storm surge effects. Categories of input files are: grid files for the different geometries defined (grd) bathymetry files for the different geometries defined (dep) files containing the node information where the boundary conditions are defined for each case (bnd) files containing the time series for the boundary conditions (bct) files containing the information on the harmonic conditions defined at the offshore boundary condition (bch) files containing the river discharge conditions, i.e. the hydrographs (.src / .dis) files containing the initial conditions used to reduce the spin-up interval of the simulations (ini) Delft3D source codes are downloadable from the Deltares model repository (https://oss. deltares.nl/web/delft3d).
